Mztourist App is an application that offers tourists who visit the port of Mazatlán information and guidance on procedures for care and/or resolution of emergency situations that affect the physical integrity or personal documents of tourists.
Through this application the tourist receives official notifications from the City Council in different areas, receives notifications of events from the Institute of Culture, Tourism and Art of Mazatlán, has a section to consult the different consulates and embassies of each country, consult emergency numbers, sites protected areas, places of interest and safety on the beaches, as well as making a report for the attention of a complaint.
Provides tourists with a mechanism to make reports on:
· Breach of service and/or contract
· Loss of official documents
· Complaints and/or complaints
· Others
In addition, it allows you to receive notifications made by the H. Mazatlán City Hall, referring to:
· Events
· Informative
· News
· Public Works
· Others

Provides a section to be able to go to the portal and make the payment of your violations of transit.
